公安机关"大练兵"工作必须尽快解决的几个根本性和关键性问题

"大练兵"工作开展两年多来,总体上取得了一些成效,但在"大练兵"的主动性、各警种的训练内容与标准、教官队伍素质、考核引导机制及练兵设备等方面,仍存在着制约和影响"大练兵"工作深入、持久开展下去的根本性和关键性因素.为此,公安机关必须尽快解决上述问题,使"大练兵"工作迈上一个新台阶.

Several Essential and Key Problems to be Solved against Time in the Big Training of Public Security Organs

In general,we have made many achievements in the big training of public security organs in the past two years.However,there are still some problems,such as the go-aheadism of the big training,training contents and standards of all kinds of police,the quality of instructors,examining system and establishment for training.These problems restrict the big training to obtain an in-depth and continuous development.Therefore,the public security organs should solve the problems mentioned above as soon as possible in order to advance further.
