| 摘 要： | 造成非政府组织行政化的原因是多样的,可以从改革、利益和制度三个视角逐步分析。就分析结果看,非政府组织去行政化的路径变迁势在必行。去行政化的路径应该是在把握政府、市场和非政府组织关系的基础上内外兼修,合作共治。

| Abstract: | In the angle of the relationship between governments and NGOs,we can come to the conclusion that the performances of administrative tendency are externality of top to down and internality of bottom to top.The reasons of the performances can be concluded to the views of reform,interest and system.There is no doubt that NGOs should implement the reform of de-administration on the basis of co-operation of governments,markets and NGOs. |
