国际恐怖主义犯罪若干问题研究

最近几十年以来 ,国际恐怖主义犯罪日益猖獗 ,已严重危害到世界的和平与安全 ,因而被人们喻为一种可怕的“政治瘟疫”。然而 ,由于世界各国对国际恐怖主义犯罪认识上的差异 ,导致国际社会对国际恐怖主义犯罪的打击力度被大大削弱。因此 ,本文首先对国际恐怖主义犯罪的概念进行了析正 ,再论述其构成特征 ,最后简单介绍了惩治国际恐怖主义犯罪国际立法及我国与国际恐怖主义犯罪有关的法律规定。

On Some Problems of Crime of International Terrorism

In last decades, the increasingly rampant crimes of international terrorism have seriously threatened the world's peace and security. It is regarded as a kind of horrible "political plague". Because of different views on the international terrorism in different countries, the striking force has been weakened a lot. The thesis firstly analyzes the concept of crime of international terrorism, then describes its constructional characteristics and finally the international legislation and domestic legal provisions on the punishment to the crimes of international terrorism.
