| 摘 要： | 随着债券融资的不断发展,为加强对公司债券的管理,保障为数众多、类型多样的债券持有人的利益,债券受托管理制度在世界许多国家和地区得以建立和发展。拟对债券受托管理制度进行理论和实证分析,并对如何建立我国的债券受托管理制度提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | With the increasing development of bond finance, bonds trustee management scheme is established and development in various countries for the purpose of stepping up corporate bonds' management and protecting the interests of various bonds investors. With the approach of academic and positivism, this article analysis the managing scheme of bonds trustee, and give some suggestions about how to establish this scheme in China market. |
