| Abstract: | The application of WTO rules and attention which made by WTO members to the laws, government and its power in the minority autonomical districts illuminate that laws and rules in the minority districts have obviously conflicted with the WTO rules. Therefore, minority laws must be changed according to the spirits of WTO rules. |
