| Abstract: | This paper showes that the existing financial policy should be adjusted and improved to solve the fund problems by carrying out the general and regional financial policies in the development of western part;that regional government should keep accordance with the general financial policy and set up the regional financial policy suitable to the economic development peculiarity in western part. |
