| 摘 要： | 欧洲各国有各自的防救灾体系,整个地区间正借助欧盟一体化进程的有利条件,积极加强区域内的救灾合作,同时还通过欧盟人道主义办公室向外部提供了大量援助。本文试从民防救助、人道主义救援、食品安全以及公共卫生事件几方面对欧洲地区的防救灾状况进行介绍和分析。

| Abstract: | European countries have their own disaster prevention system. And because of the process of European integration, the entire region are actively strengthening regional cooperation on disaster relief. At the same time, it provids substantial assistance to the outside through the the European Community Humanitarian Aid Department. This paper will introduce and analyse the disaster relief situation in the European region by terms of such aspects as Civil Defense, humanitarian relief, food safety and public health. |
