| 摘 要： | 城市潜力系统是促进城市可持续发展的重要因素。在对城市潜力系统的定义与特征的分析基础之上,从空间发展潜力、人力资源潜力、资源利用效率、环境承载水平和城市市场潜力等方面入手,构建了一套可用于定量化评价的城市潜力系统概念模型。

| Abstract: | Potentiality system of urban development is a key point to continual development of city.This Paper firstly analyses the definition and characteristic of this system,then presents a conceptual model to explain the potentiality of urban development.The conceptual model is based on potentiality of expansion,potentiality of HR,efficiency of use of resource,carrying level of environment and market potentiality. |
