| Abstract: | The right of privacy is one part of personal right. We take an indirect way to protect the right of privacy but not regard it as an independent personal right. So the legal affirmance and protection to right of privacy are really weak. The thesis gives its opinions to the present situation, definition, important constructive conditions of infringement and undertaking of civil liabilities |
