侦查智能是侦查人员运用知识、经验从事侦查的能力，它可体现为多种形态，其中获取信息形态的侦查智能是最基本的侦查智能形态，它是指侦查人员运用知识、经验，通过观察、想象、思考、记忆、判断等，适时获取真实的、和侦查有关的信息的运作过程，它之所以成为一种智能形态，在于其运作是以获取信息为国标的。它包括三个要素；一是获取信息的知识、经验积累，二是对信息的感知、记忆，三是获取信息的运作方法以及通过想象、思考、判断对信息的加工。

On the Investigation Intelligence of Obtaining Information

The investigation intelligence is the ability of investigators using knowledge,experience to investigate which can manifest many formsi n which the most basic form is obtaining information.Obtaining information is a operating process of obtaining information about investigation byo bserving,imaging,thinking,remembering,judging.It includes three factors:the knowledge of obtaining information with increasing experiences,t he feeling and remembering of information,the operating methods of obtaining information and processing of information by imaging,thinking and judging.
