| 摘 要： | 社区矫正制度的设立是我国行刑制度的一种新的尝试,它适应了刑罚执行方式由监禁刑罚向非监禁刑罚的转变。当然,由于它是一个新生事物,不可避免地会在运行过程中出现一些不适状况,如何解决这些问题,采取及时有效的措施予以化解,还需要一个长期的不断改革和完善的探索过程。
