| 摘 要： | 凯·尼尔森对罗尔斯公平正义论的正义原则进行了比较与指头，着重指出“差别原则”与“平等自由原则”和“公平的机会平等原则”之间存在内在矛盾，资源和利益的不平等分配并不能实现人们平等的自尊，同时也因为差别原则所导致的实质性不平等，而使自由成为“无用的自由”，尼尔森在指头中构建，提出了平等正义论的两原则，力图将平等贯彻始终，实现两个正义原则在平等维度上的一致。

| Abstract: | Nielsen compared and criticized RaMs＇ theory of fair justice in justice principal. He pointed out that there are internal contradictions in ＂difference principal＂, ＂equal freedom principal＂ and ＂fair equal-chance principal＂. Unequal distribution in resource and benefits can＇t achieve equal self-respect that makes freedom into ＂useless freedom＂. Nielsen advanced two principals of equal justice theory and tried to keep the two principals identical in equality. |
