| Abstract: | Anti-dereliction of duty and infringement on citizen's rights is one of the important parts of the procuratorial work,and the characteristics of the cases of dereliction of duty determine the complexity of the work.In practice,the procuratorial personnel should be accomplished in discovering the crime,be unambiguous about the investigatory method,and properly choose the breakthrough of inquisition.The integration of investigatory mechanism and handling difficult cases with resultant force should be the orientation of the work of anti-dereliction and infringement on citizen's rights. |
