| Abstract: | The doctrine of the Mean advocated by the Confucianists in the early Qin dynasty stresses the actual use of power to bring about a change. It advocates the golden mean and the maintaining of the systematic integration between the principles and flexibility, which provides inspiration for the modern enterprises to deal with all kinds of problems in the course of management. |
