| 摘 要： | 法制建设是社会主义政治文明建设的关键所在,也是中国社会现代化进程中的一项重要内容。政治文明的当代转型是以现代法制的理性整合为前提,而现代法制的理性整合则是实现社会良性运行和社会现代化的可靠保障。社会主义法制建设必须坚持“以人为本”。社会主义法治国家是社会主义法制建设的最终目的。社会主义法制建设要与以德治国相结合。

| Abstract: | The construction of legal system is the key factor in the construction of socialist political civilization. It is also an important task in the process of China's social modernization. The modern transformation of political civilization takes the rational conformity of modern legal systems as a prerequisite, which is the guarantee of achieving the proper operation and modernization of society. The construction of socialist legal system must stick to the human-oriented principle, and the final purpose of the construction of socialist legal system is to govern the socialist country by law. The construction of socialist legal system should be combined with the principle of running the country by virtue. |
