| Abstract: | With the full and accurate materials, this article discusses about the issues that building the well -off society in an all - around way must go along the way of new industrialization, and meanwhile, it dissertates the meaning of new industrialization and its significance. It also points out that the key of new industrialization is to further deepen up the economic reform, establish and perfect the systems and mechanism of ensuring such new industrialization. |
