构建和谐社会的宪法保障

宪法是一部确保国家与公民这一最基本社会关系乃至整个社会和谐的基本法，是一部确保调整各种社会关系的法律本身符合和谐社会精神以及它们之间和谐协调的最高法，构建和谐社会离不开宪法的保障。目前我国现行宪法在保障和谐社会构建方面存在宪法对国家与公民之间基本关系的调整不力、现行违宪审查制度不完善等不足。我们要从宪法制度上保障和谐社会的构建，重点是大力推进政治体制改革，尽快将执政党的权力纳入宪法的调整范围；进一步修改宪法并完善违宪审查制度，使宪法成为构建和谐社会的最基本的和谐标准法和最重要的和谐保障法。

The Constitutional Guarantee of the Harmonious Society

The constitution is a basic law to ensure government and citizen and all society in perfect harmony, it is the supreme law to ensure various laws itself and each other in perfect harmony. To construct the harmonious society cannot no constitutional guarantee. Today there has some deficiencies in our constitution, such as not do it’s best to regulate the basic relation between government and citizen and constitutional review. The key is to carry forward politic reform to bring the power of the governing party into the constitutional scope, amend constitution and perfect the system of constitutional review, to make our constitution become a basic standard law and an important guarantee law of the harmonious society.
