| 摘 要： | 天津家政服务业,现正面临着巨大的市场需求,其服务内容,正逐渐向细致化、具体化、专业化发展。但由于从业人员的社会地位、文化水平与技能水平等都较低,与市场需求还存在诸多不适应之处。有关部门应进一步完善其相应法律框架,加大政策支持力度,并在监管和培训等方面,再做些具体工作。

| Abstract: | Tianjin housekeeping service industry is facing up a huge request of market and the service terms are going to be meticulous,to be specific,and to be professional development.However,owing to the status of the servants,educational level,and technological level,it doesn＇t fit to the request of market in many aspects.Some related departments should perfect the legal coverage further,increase the political support,and do something in details of administration and training. |
