| 摘 要： | 政治文明是社会主义现代化题中应有之义。党的十六大把政治文明建设与全面建设小康社会的目标紧密联系起来,标志着我们党对社会发展规律和社会文明进步趋势的认识的深化。大力推进社会主义政治文明建设是深化政治体制改革的必然要求,在经济体制改革比较成熟和政治体制改革“存量”比较坚实的情况下,在一个更高层次上通过深化改革推进社会主义政治文明建设是水到渠成的。全面建设小康社会的目标,是中国特色社会主义经济、政治、文化全面发展的目标,把政治体制改革和政治文明建设提到了更加重要的议事日程上来。

| Abstract: | The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China Has closely linkde up the construction of political civilization and the long-term objective for the overall construction of a well-off society,indecating an in-depth recognition of the progress of social civilization by our Party. Making more efforts in pushing forward the construction of socialist political civilization is an inevitable need for deepening reform of political system,an objective requirement for overall construction of a well-off society and the inevitable road for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
