送达程序在整个民事诉讼中似乎是审判、执行等程序的辅助程序。有关送达的规定"简单明了",然而仔细推究,形式上的"简单"并未"明了"内涵中的模糊。因此,必须明确送达的内涵并使具体操作程序进一步合理化。

On the Perfection of Civil Service Scheme

Of the whole civil procedure, service seems to be an auxiliary process of other procedures, such as court hearings and enforcement of judgments. The rules on service are simple and clear, however, the formal simplicity doesn't make its definition clear. This article aims to resolve two problems: one is to make clear the serving subject, and the other is to make its procedure more reasonable.
