| Abstract: | The development thought about the new village will be a strategic matter.It is vital for implementing new village construction in central China to insure the safety,high yield,high quality of food supplies and high efficiency of food supplies and the safe agriculture.It eliminate the abuse of "dualistic economic frame" bring on the matter.It transfer and digest the population of the village stage by stage.It will build the homestead of environment,the dapper and the harmonious. |
