| 摘 要： | 在高校党委的领导下,高校教代会历经30年的发展历程,已成为高校基本的民主管理形式.它在推动学校民主政治建设、促进学校民主管理与科学决策、增强广大教职工的主人翁意识上的重要作用日益凸显.研究当前高校教代会建设的现状和问题,积极探索加强教代会建设的途径,具有现实的必要性和紧迫性.
