| 摘 要： | 在信息化时代,随着法院收案数量的不断增长,法院送达方式正在发生着巨大变化。本文分析了当前我国民事诉讼中的送达效率化倾向,并在此基础上从法理与实践两个方面对方兴未艾的民事电子送达方式的应然性、局限性与民事电子送达方式的未来规划进行了论证,明确提出辩证看待民事电子送达方式并对其进行规制的观点。

| Abstract: | In information based era,along with the durative increasing amount of the cases accepted by courts,the manner of court service have changed vastly.The paper analyzed the trend preferring efficiency in our civil service from law theory and practice,thus argued the intrinsic rationality,limit and future of civil electron service which is in the ascendant,brought forward the viewpoint that we should look on the new service manner from two sides and guide it by regulations. |
