On the Rational Hypothesis and Efficiency Standard of Posner's Economic Analysis of Law

This paper concentrates on the rational hypothesis and efficiency standard of Richard Posner's economic analysis of law. The author points out that the rational hypothesis, in fact, is the theoretical reflection of the maximization requirement of capital and, as illustrated by the study of this paper, the nature of efficiency standard is just the embodiment of the capitalism spirit.
