| 摘 要： | 俄韩双方无历史积怨,建交后重视和积极推进双边合作,在能源、科技、交通等领域合作都有重大进展,从建设性伙伴关系发展成为全面合作伙伴关系,并在推动东北亚地区合作中发挥了重要作用。俄韩加强合作对我国既有促进作用,在某些领域又增添了一些竞争因素。

| Abstract: | Russia and S.Korea have no historical rancour,so after they established their diplomatic relations,they carried forward the bilateral cooperation and made a great progress in energy,technology and communications;their constructive partnership has developed into an all-round cooperative partnership which is playing an important role in promoting the regional cooperation of the Northeast Asia.Their cooperation has an effect of impetus to China and add some competitive factors in some fields. |
