| 摘 要： | 人民监督员制度在运行中暴露出一些问题，人民监督员制度法律依据不足，人民监督员选任程序存在瑕疵，案件监督的范围有待调整就是典型例子。针对这些问题，应该推动人民监督员制度立法化，继续优化选任程序，重新调整案件监督范围。

| Abstract: | The system of people＇ s supervisors has some problems in the operation, it is short of legal basis, the selection process is defective, the scope of the supervision need being adjusted, which is a typical example. To solve these problems, we should promote the system in legislation, and continue to optimize the selection process, re -adjust the scope of supervision case. |
