| 摘 要： | 第三方物流企业提供的是服务,服务质量是企业竞争的关键。目前我国第三方物流企业服务质量存在一些问题,主要有：物流企业的技术装备水平落后,信息化程度较低,服务效率不高;服务功能单一,服务质量较差;缺乏高素质的物流服务人才和先进的服务理念。深入分析我国物流服务质量存在的问题,以便完善第三方物流企业服务质量,构建完整的配套物流服务体系,这对我国第三方物流企业今后的发展具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The third party logistics enterprise to provide the service, service quality is the key to the enterprise competition. At present, China＇s logistics industry development, so have not yet been fully in the third party logistics appear in the process of development of a lot of questions. This paper analyzes the third party logistics enterprise service quality, analyzes the current situation of the third party logistics problems in the development of, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
