| 摘 要： | 先秦儒家提供了丰富的人格理论,荀子是其中颇具特色的一个。荀子的理想人格体系分为士、君子和圣人三个层次,在总体人格特征上他强调重智求全,在品质上倡导遵循礼仪。在荣辱观和役物观上,荀子也发展出了自己的见解。荀子的理论对今天的公民道德建设具有可资借鉴的价值。

| Abstract: | There are abundant theories on personality in the Confucianism schools of the period of pre - Qin Dynasty and XUN - zi is characteristic in them. The system of perfect personality of XUN - zi is constructed by three levels which are person with virtues, man of honour and Sage. On total personality he emphasize to demand perfection, on quality he propose the follow of proprieties. On the view of honour or disgrace he also has his own opinion. |
