双黄连粉针湿敷治疗急性湿疹临床观察

目的 观察双黄连粉针湿敷治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法 将符合纳入标准的70例急性湿疹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各35例。两组患者均接受抗组胺药物治疗，口服富马酸氯马斯汀口服液；治疗组同时采用双黄连粉针湿敷治疗，对照组采用3％硼酸洗液湿敷。结果 治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组（91.43% vs 74.29%，P<0.05）。结论 双黄连粉针湿敷治疗急性湿疹，方法简便、安全，值得临床推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Moisten Compress Therapy with Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection in Treatment of Acute Eczema

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moisten compress therapy with Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection in the treatment of acute eczema. Methods Seventy patients with acute eczema were randomly divided into control group (n=35) and treatment group (n=35). The control group received oral liquid of clemastine fumarate plus moisten compress therapy with 3% boric acid solution, while the treatment group received oral liquid of clemastine fumarate plus moisten compress therapy with Shuanghuangli an Powder Injection. Results The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group (91.43% vs 74.29%, P<0.05). Conclusion Moisten compress therapy with Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection is simple and safe in the treatment of acute eczema and holds promise for clinical application.
