清膈养阴汤对急性放射性食管炎患者生活质量的影响

目的 观察清膈养阴汤对急性放射性食管炎患者生活质量的影响。方法 共纳入80例胸段食管鳞癌患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组单纯采用食管癌根治性放射治疗，治疗组自放射治疗第1天至放射治疗结束后2周每日口服清膈养阴汤。观察两组患者卡氏评分、进食疼痛、食欲的改善情况。结果 治疗组在改善卡氏评分、进食疼痛和食欲方面均显著优于对照组 （P<0.05，或P<0.01）。结论 清膈养阴汤能够明显提高急性放射性食管炎患者的生活质量。

Effect of Qingge Yangyin Decoction on Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Radiation Esophagitis

Objective To observe the effect of Qingge Yangyin Decoction on the quality of life in patients with acute radiation esophagitis. Methods Eighty patients with thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=40). The control group received radical radiotherapy alone, while the treatment group received oral Qingge Yangyin Decoction every day from day 1 of radiotherapy to 2 weeks after radiotherapy. The two groups were compared in terms of improvements in Karnofsky Performance Scale (KPS) score, pain during eating, and appetite.Results The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of improvements in KPS score, pain during eating, and appetite (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Qingge Yangyin Decoction can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with acute radiation esophagitis.
