麝香保心丸对冠心病患者外周血脂联素和瘦素水平的影响

目的 初步探讨麝香保心丸对冠心病患者外周血脂联素和瘦素水平的影响。方法 将124例确诊的冠心病患者分为麝香保心丸治疗组（61例）和常规治疗组（63例），同时选择冠状动脉造影正常的患者122例为对照组，正规服药1个月后，通过酶联免疫吸附试验检测3组患者外周血脂联素和瘦素水平的变化。〖JP〗结果 治疗前病例组（即常规治疗组和麝香保心丸组）脂联素水平显著高于对照组，瘦素水平显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；与治疗前比较，麝香保心丸组和常规治疗组患者外周血脂联素水平显著升高（P<0.05），瘦素水平显著下降（P<0.05），且前者治疗后外周血脂联素升高值和瘦素降低值显著大于后者（P<0.05）。结论 脂联素、瘦素是冠心病的预测因子，麝香保心丸可降低冠心病患者外周血瘦素水平而升高脂联素水平。

Effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on Levels of Adiponectin and Leptin in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To preliminarily explore the effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on the levels of adiponectin and leptin in the peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease were divided into Shexiang Baoxin Pill treatment group (n=61) and conventional treatment group (n=63). One hundred and twenty-two patients with normal coronary arteriography were assigned to control group. After one month of treatment, the changes in the levels of adiponectin and leptin in peripheral blood were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Before treatment, the two treatment groups had significantly higher levels of adiponectin and significantly lower levels of leptin than the control group (all P<0.05). The treatment groups had significantly elevated levels of adiponectin and significantly reduced levels of leptin in peripheral blood after treatment (all P<0.05). The Shexiang Baoxin Pill treatment group had a significantly larger increase in the level of adiponectin and a significantly larger reduction in the level of leptin in peripheral blood after treatment compared with the conventional treatment group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Adiponectin and leptin are predictors of coronary heart disease. Shexiang Baoxin Pill can reduce the level of leptin and increase the level of adiponectin in the peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease.
