摘    要:目的 运用气相色谱- 质谱联用法对3年陈艾条燃烧产物中的挥发性成分进行比较分析。方法 采用顶空进样- 气相色谱- 质谱联用技术,并通过所用质谱库(NIST 11.L)检索研究其挥发性化学成分组成,用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果 共分辨出87个色谱峰,鉴定出54个化学成分,约占总挥发性成分含量的88.505%,主要挥发性成分为苯酚(17.448%)、邻- 异丙基苯(5.369%)、乙酰胺(4.957%)、对二甲苯(3.527%)、3- 甲基丁酸(3.001%)等。结论 所建立的方法分离效果较好,所鉴定组分较准确,能够较全面反映出艾烟中主要挥发性成分。

Determination of Volatile Components in Combustion Products of Moxa Stick Stored for Three Years by Headspace Gas Chromatography- Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:Objective To analyze the content of volatile components in the combustion products of moxa stick stored for three years by headspace gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (HS- GC- MS). Methods The HS- GC- MS technique, as well as the National Institute of Standards and Technology Mass Spectral Database (NIST 11.L), was used to analyze volatile chemical components. Area normalization was used to determine the percentage of each component. Results A total of 87 chromatographic peaks were separated and 54 chemical components were identified, which accounted for 88.505% of the total content of volatile components. The main volatile components were phenol (17.448%), o- isopropyltoluene (5.369%), acetamide (4.957%), p- xylene (3.527%), and 3- methyl- butyric acid (3.001%). Conclusion The method established shows a good separation effect and can accurately identify the components, and therefore, it can give full information on the main volatile components in moxa smoke.
