摘    要:目的 对加拿大一枝黄花和一枝黄花进行鉴别,从而控制一枝黄花的药材质量。方法 采用显微鉴定技术对两种样品的叶片进行显微制片并对比观察。结果 一枝黄花和加拿大一枝黄花在叶缘非腺毛的细胞构成数目和叶片下表皮非腺毛的类型方面存在明显差异,一枝黄花叶缘非腺毛常为3~7个细胞,而加拿大一枝黄花叶缘非腺毛多由2~4个细胞构成,加拿大一枝黄花的下表皮具有非鼠尾状的普通非腺毛,而一枝黄花则无。结论 一枝黄花和加拿大一枝黄花在叶片上的显微差异可以作为一枝黄花药材鉴别的参考依据。

Application of Microscopic Identification in the Identification of Solidago decurrens Lour.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the identification of Solidago canadensis L. and Solidago decurrens Lour., and to control the quality of Solidago decurrens Lour. Methods Microscopic identification was used for the comparison and observation of the slides of the leaves of two samples. Results There were significant differences between Solidago decurrens Lour. and Solidago canadensis L. in the number of cells in the non-glandular hairs on leaf margins and the type of non-glandular hairs on the lower epidermis; Solidago decurrens Lour. often had 3-7 cells in the non-glandular hairs on leaf margins, while Solidago canadensis L. often had 2-4 cells; Solidago canadensis L. had common non-glandular hairs which were not in the shape of rat tail on the lower epidermis, while Solidago decurrens Lour. had no such hairs. Conclusion The microscopic differences in leaves between Solidago decurrens Lour. and Solidago canadensis L. can be used as a reference for the identification of this medicinal material.
