中药封包外敷联合臭氧局部注射治疗脊神经后支综合征56例

目的 评估中药封包联合臭氧治疗脊神经后支综合征的临床疗效。 方法 将112例脊神经后支综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组56例，在中药封包外敷腰背部痛区的基础上，观察组予局部臭氧注射，对照组予局部神经阻滞，连续治疗3周。观察治疗后疼痛缓解情况，并评估治疗3周后及治疗后3个月临床疗效。 结果 治疗3周后和治疗后3个月，两组VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降（P<0.05），且观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗3周后和治疗后3个月，两组临床疗效的分布比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05），观察组明显优于对照组。 结论 中药封包联合臭氧局部注射可有效治疗脊神经后支综合征，且远期疗效显著。

Clinical Efficacy of External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Packets Combined with Local Injection of Ozone in Treatment of Syndrome of Posterior Rami of Spinal Nerves: An Analysis of 56 Cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) packets combined with local injection of ozone in the treatment of syndrome of posterior rami of spinal nerves. Methods A total of 112 patients with syndrome of posterior rami of spinal nerves were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 56 patients in each group. In addition to external application of TCM packets in the pain area in the waist and back, the patients in the observation group were given local injection of ozone, and those in the control group were given local nerve block; the patients were treated for 3 weeks continuously. Pain remission after treatment was observed, and the clinical outcome after 3 weeks of treatment and at 3 months after treatment was evaluated. Results After 3 weeks of treatment and at 3 months after treatment, the two groups had significantly reduced visual analogue scale (VAS) scores (P<0.05), and the observation group had a significantly lower VAS score than the control group (P<0.05); after 3 weeks of treatment and at 3 months after treatment, the clinical outcome showed a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), and the observation group had a significantly better outcome than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM packets combined with ozone injection can effectively treat the syndrome of posterior rami of spinal nerves and have good long-term efficacy.
