半夏白术天麻汤治疗脑卒中后眩晕疗效观察

目的 观察半夏白术天麻汤对脑卒中后眩晕的临床疗效。方法 将60例风痰阻络型脑卒中后眩晕患者随机分为对照组及治疗组，每组30例。两组患者均接受脑卒中常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上加用倍他司汀、氟桂利嗪胶囊，治疗组在对照组基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤，煎服，每次200 mL，早晚温服，两组均连续治疗15 d，比较两组患者临床疗效，治疗前后WOLF运动功能测试（Wolf motor function test，WMFT）、Berg平衡量表（Berg balance scale，BBS）、功能独立测量（function independent measure，FIM）、眩晕障碍程度（dizziness handicap inventory，DHI）评分的变化。结果 两组患者临床疗效分布比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。与治疗前比较，治疗后两组WMFT、BBS、FIM评分均显著增加（P<0.05），DHI评分显著降低（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗前后WMFT、BBS、FIM、DHI评分差值与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 半夏白术天麻汤对风痰阻络型脑卒中后眩晕疗效较好。

Clinical Effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in Treatment of Post-stroke Vertigo

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of post-stroke vertigo. Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke vertigo with the syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment of stroke; in addition, the patients in the control group were given betahistine and flunarizine capsules, and those in the treatment group were given warm Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction 200 mL in morning and evening in addition to the treatment in the control group. The course of treatment was 15 days for both groups, and the two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome and the changes in the scores of Wolf Motor Function Test (WMFT), Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Functional Independence Measure (FIM), and dizziness handicap inventory (DHI) after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the distribution of clinical outcomes between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had significant increases in WMFT, BBS, and FIM scores (P<0.05) and a significant reduction in DHI score (P<0.05), and the treatment group had significantly greater changes in WMFT, BBS, FIM, and DHI scores than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of post-stroke vertigo with the syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals.
