自拟紫癜汤治疗过敏性紫癜30例

目的 观察自拟紫癜汤治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 将60例过敏性紫癜患者分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组给予自拟紫癜汤煎服，对照组采用犀角地黄汤治疗，均以14 d为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后观察两组疗效及症状消失时间。结果 治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（96.7% vs 70.0%，P＜0.05）；治疗组皮肤紫癜、腹痛、黑便和大便隐血消失时间较对照组显著缩短（P＜0.05，或P＜0.01）。结论 自拟紫癜汤对过敏性紫癜具有显著疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Self-Made Zidian Decoction in Treatment of Allergic Purpura: A Report of 30 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Zidian Decoction in the treatment of allergic purpura. Methods Sixty patients with allergic purpura were divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The treatment group received self-made Zidian Decoction, while the control group received Xijiao Dihuang Decoction. The course of treatment was 14 d for each group. After three courses of treatment, the treatment outcome and time to symptom disappearance were assessed. Results The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group (96.7% vs 70.0%, P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group had a significantly shortened time to disappearance of purpura, abdominal pain, tarry stool, and stool occult blood (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Self-made Zidian Decoction has significant efficacy in the treatment of allergic purpura.
