乌灵胶囊联合右佐匹克隆治疗心肾不交型失眠临床观察

目的观察乌灵胶囊联合右佐匹克隆治疗心肾不交型失眠的临床疗效。方法将60例心肾不交型失眠患者随机分成治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组给予乌灵胶囊联合右佐匹克隆,对照组给予右佐匹克隆。治疗2个疗程,共4周。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2周后、治疗4周后中医证候积分量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)总积分。采用PSQI对两组停药4周后总疗效进行评定。结果治疗前两组中医证候总积分、PSQI总积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后及治疗4周后,两组患者中医证候总积分、PSQI总积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的远期疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合右佐匹克隆治疗心肾不交型失眠临床疗效显著且安全性好。

Clinical Efficacy of Wuling Capsule Combined with Eszopiclone in Treatment of Insomnia with Disharmony Between Heart and Kidney

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wuling Capsule combined with eszopiclone in the treatment of insomnia with disharmony between heart and kidney. Methods A total of 60 patients with insomnia with disharmony between heart and kidney were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given Wuling Capsule combined with eszopiclone, and those in the control group were given eszopiclone alone; each course of treatment was 2 weeks, and both groups were treated for two courses. The two groups were compared in terms of total traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score and the total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) before treatment and after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment. PSQI was used to evaluate overall response after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in total TCM syndrome score and the total score of PSQI between the two groups (P>0.05). After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in total TCM syndrome score and the total score of PSQI between the two groups (P<0.05). The treatment group had a significantly better long-term clinical outcome than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Wuling Capsule combined with eszopiclone has marked clinical efficacy and good safety in the treatment of insomnia with disharmony between heart and kidney.
