耳穴埋豆治疗脑卒中后便秘疗效观察

目的 观察耳穴埋豆治疗脑卒中后便秘的临床疗效。方法 将60例脑卒中后便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用耳穴埋豆，药物组采用麻仁丸口服，治疗15 d后观察两组患者临床疗效，治疗前后及治疗停止2周随访时分别观察患者的便秘临床症状积分，治疗前后分别观察胃肠疾病中医证候积分。结果 与治疗前相比，两组患者治疗后积分均明显降低（P<0.05）；两组患者2周后随访的积分与治疗前比有明显降低（P<0.05），且治疗组积分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗后证候评分均较治疗前显著降低（P<0.05），治疗组治疗前后证候评分降低程度较对照组更为明显（P<0.05）。两组临床疗效分布比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 耳穴埋豆可显著改善脑卒中后便秘患者的胃肠道症状，提高临床疗效。

Clinical Effect of Auricular Point Sticking in Treatment of Post-stroke Constipation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of auricular point sticking in the treatment of post-stroke constipation. Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given auricular point sticking, and those in the control group were given oral Maren Pill. The clinical outcome was observed after 15 days of treatment; the constipation symptom score was evaluated before treatment, after treatment, and at 2 weeks after the treatment ended, and the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score of gastrointestinal diseases was evaluated before and after treatment. Results Both groups had significant reductions in the constipation symptom score immediately and at 2 weeks after treatment (both P<0.05), and the treatment group had a significantly lower score than the control group (P<0.05). Both groups had significant reductions in the TCM syndrome score after treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group had a significantly greater reduction compared with the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of clinical outcomes between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Auricular point sticking can significantly improve the gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with post-stroke constipation and improve their clinical outcome.
