摘 要: | 目的 优选复方青风藤巴布剂的最佳提取工艺。方法 以青藤碱、桂皮醛的含量和干膏得率为评价指标,采用正交设计法考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数对提取结果的影响,确定最佳提取工艺。结果 最佳提取工艺参数为加6倍量的90%乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论 优选的提取工艺稳定、可行。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the optimal extraction process for Compound Qingfengteng Babu Agent.Methods The content of sinomenine and cinnamaldehyde and dry extract yield were used as assessment indices, and an orthogonal design was used to investigate the influence of alcohol concentration, alcohol amount, extraction time, and times of extraction on extraction results and determine the optimal extraction process. Results In the optimal process, extraction was performed 3 times (1.5 hours each) using 6-fold 90% alcohol. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible. |
