推拿结合内热针治疗纤维肌痛综合征临床观察

目的 观察推拿结合内热针治疗纤维肌痛综合征的疗效。方法 将40例原发性纤维肌痛综合征患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组20例和对照组20例，治疗组采用推拿结合内热针治疗，对照组采用口服阿米替林治疗，治疗4周后观察两组临床疗效、视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分、压痛点数量的变化。结果 治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗前后压痛点数量比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组治疗前后差值比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组治疗前后VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗组治疗前后VAS评分差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组治疗前后差值比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 推拿结合内热针治疗纤维肌痛综合征可有效缓解患者临床疼痛症状，其临床疗效优于单纯口服阿米替林。

Clinical Effect of Massage Combined with Internal Heated Needle Therapy in Treatment of Fibromyalgia Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of massage combined with internal heated needle therapy in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome. Methods A total of 40 patients with primary fibromyalgia syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table, with 20 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given massage combined with internal heated needle therapy, and those in the control group were given oral amitriptyline. The changes in clinical outcome, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score, and number of tenderness points were observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The treatment group had a better clinical outcome than the control group (P<0.05). Both groups had significant changes in the number of tenderness points after treatment (P<0.05), and there was a significant difference in the degree of change between the two groups (P<0.05). The control group had no significant change in VAS score after treatment (P>0.05), while the treatment group had a significant change in VAS score after treatment (P<0.05); there was a significant difference in the degree of change between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Massage combined with internal heated needle therapy can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms in patients with fibromyalgia syndrome and has a better clinical effect than oral amitriptyline alone.
