针刺鱼腰、中魁治疗顽固性呃逆临床观察

目的 观察针刺经外奇穴鱼腰、中魁治疗顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法 将60例顽固性呃逆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组患者接受双侧经外奇穴鱼腰、中魁针刺，对照组患者口服巴氯芬，共2个疗程。分别于治疗前后评定患者精神状态、饮食、睡眠积分，并观察起效时间和临床疗效。结果 治疗组起效时间较对照组明显缩短（P＜0.05）。与治疗前比较，两组治疗后食欲状态、精神状态和睡眠状态评分均显著增加（P<0.05）；治疗组治疗后睡眠状态评分增加值显著大于对照组（P<0.05）。两组临床疗效的分布比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 针刺鱼腰和中魁穴治疗顽固性呃逆起效快，疗效显著，并能显著改善患者生活质量。

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture at Yuyao and Zhongkui Points in Treatment of Intractable Hiccup

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture at Yuyao and Zhongkui points in the treatment of intractable hiccup. Methods A total of 60 patients with intractable hiccup were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group received acupuncture at Yuyao and Zhongkui points, and those in the control group were given oral baclofen. All the patients were given two courses of treatment. The mental state, diet, and sleep scores were determined before and after treatment, and onset time and clinical outcome were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group had a significantly shortened onset time (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups showed significant increases in appetite, mental state, and sleep scores (P<0.05), and the treatment group showed a significantly greater increase in sleep score compared with the control group (P<0.05). The clinical outcome distribution also showed a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), and the treatment group had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group.Conclusion In the treatment of intractable hiccup, acupuncture at Yuyao and Zhongkui points has a rapid onset and a significant effect, and can significantly improve the patients'' quality of life.
