稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动疗效及安全性Meta分析

目的 系统评价稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动的临床疗效及安全性。方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、读秀中文学术搜索、PubMed数据库中关于稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动的临床随机对照试验，经质量评价最终纳入文献后，采用Review Manager 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入13个研究，全部为中文，Jadad评分均为1分。Meta分析结果显示，稳心颗粒组与西药常规治疗组比较，稳心颗粒可提高临床疗效（OR=3.40，95% CI为2.41～4.80，P<0.01），降低心室率（WMD=-5.86，95% CI为－6.73～－4.99，P<0.01），提高转复率（OR=2.76，95% CI为1.29～5.92，P<0.01），降低不良反应率（OR=0.52，95% CI为0.29～0.94，P=0.03）。结论 与西药常规疗法比较，稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动可进一步提高临床疗效，降低心室率，提高转复率，降低不良反应率。

Efficacy and Safety of Wenxin Granule in Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation:A Meta- analysis

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenxin Granule in the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods A computer search was performed using CNKI, Wanfang Data, Duxiu, and PubMed to identify the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of Wenxin Granule in the treatment of atrial fibrillation published up to April 2014; the identified studies were finally selected after full- text search and quality assessment and then subjected to meta- analysis using Review Manager 5.0. Results A total of 13 RCTs were included in the meta- analysis, and all of them were carried out in China. The Jadad scores of the 13 studies were 1. The meta-analysis of the Wenxin Granule and conventional Western medicine treatment groups showed that Wenxin significantly increased the clinical outcome (OR = 3.40, 95% CI: 2.41- 4.48, P<0.01), reduced the ventricular rate (WMD = -5.86, 95% CI: -6.73- (-4.99), P<0.01), increased the conversion rate (OR = 2.76, 95% CI: 1.29- 5.92, P<0.01), and reduced the incidence of adverse reactions (OR = 0.52, 95% CI: 0.29- 0.94, P= 0.03).Conclusion Compared with conventional Western medicine treatment, Wenxin Granule can further improve the clinical outcome, reduce the ventricular rate, increase the conversion rate, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
