紫藤瘤中化合物抗农作物病原真菌活性研究

摘    要:目的 研究紫藤瘤中分离得到的单体化合物抗农作物病原真菌活性。方法 采用十字交叉法测定紫藤瘤中分离到的单体化合物对5种农作物病原真菌的体外抑制率。结果 分离得到的单体化合物对小麦赤霉菌、辣椒枯萎病菌、棉花枯萎病菌、油菜菌核病菌、玉米穗腐菌5种病原真菌均有较好的抑菌效果,尤其是对油菜菌核病菌的抑菌效果最为显著。0.6 mg/mL丁香脂素对油菜菌核病菌抑制率达到36.72%,0.75 mg/mL (3S)-7-O-methylvestitol对油菜菌核病菌抑制率达到40.26%,0.1 mg/mL白桦脂酸对油菜菌核病菌抑制率高达84.52%。结论 从紫藤瘤中分离得到的部分单体化合物具有抗农作物病原性真菌活性。

Inhibitory Effects of Compounds from Wisteria sinensis Tumor on Crop Pathogenic Fungi

Abstract:Objective To study the inhibitory effects of the monomeric compounds isolated from Wisteria sinensis tumor on crop pathogenic fungi. Methods The in vitro inhibition rates of five types of crop pathogenic fungi by monomeric compounds isolated from Wisteria sinensis tumor were determined using the cross method. Results The isolated monomeric compounds showed potent inhibitory effects on the five types of pathogenic fungi, i.e., Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. capsicum, Sclerotiorum sclerotiorum, and Fusarium moniliforme, with the most substantial inhibitory effect on Sclerotiorum sclerotiorum. The inhibition rates of Sclerotiorum sclerotiorum by 0.6 mg/mL syringaresinol, 0.75 mg/mL (3S)-7-O-methylvestitol, and 0.1 mg/mL betulinic acid were 36.72%, 40.26%, and 84.52%, respectively. Conclusion Some of the monomeric compounds isolated from Wisteria sinensis tumor have inhibitory activity against crop pathogenic fungi.
