中药灌肠加双侧足三里穴位注射治疗恶性肠梗阻临床研究

目的 观察中药灌肠加双侧足三里穴位注射治疗恶性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法 30例恶性肠梗阻患者在积极支持治疗的基础上加大承气汤灌肠，每次100~150 ml，每日2次，同时加双侧足三里穴位注射蟾酥，每次每穴2 ml，每日1次。结果 梗阻完全缓解11例，好转13例，总有效率为80.0%；其中完全肠梗阻完全缓解2例、好转5例，不完全肠梗阻完全缓解9例、好转8例；生活质量改善22例，稳定8例。结论 中药灌肠加双侧足三里穴位注射治疗恶性肠梗阻疗效确切，无毒性及不良反应，适合不能耐受手术的晚期肿瘤患者。

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Acupoint Injection at Bilateral Tsusanli Points in Treatment of Malignant Ileus

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) enema combined with acupoint injection at bilateral Tsusanli points in the treatment of malignant ileus. Methods Thirty patients with malignant ileus received enema of Dachengqi Decoction (100-150 ml) twice daily on the basis of supportive care; meanwhile, arenobufagin was injected at bilateral Tsusanli points at 2 ml per point once daily. Results Of all patients, 11 achieved a complete remission, including 2 cases of complete ileus and 9 cases of incomplete ileus, and 13 achieved an improvement, including 5 cases of complete ileus and 8 cases of incomplete ileus; the overall response rate was 80%. In addition, 22 of all patients had improved quality of life (QOL), and 8 had stable QOL. Conclusion TCM enema combined with acupoint injection at bilateral Tsusanli points produce a good clinical effect in the treatment of malignant ileus and do not cause toxicity and adverse events. This therapy is suitable for the patients with advanced cancer who cannot tolerate surgery.
