摘    要:目的 建立覆盆子中总三萜的含量测定方法。方法 以齐墩果酸为对照品,香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸为显色体系,采用可见分光光度法在480 nm处测定覆盆子中总三萜的含量。〖JP〗结果 齐墩果酸在0.079 60~0.398 0 mg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=2.117x+0.005 380(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为101.92%(RSD=1.92%,n=6)。结论 该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好、测定结果准确,可作为覆盆子中总三萜含量测定的方法。

Determination of Total Triterpenoids in Rubi Fructus by Visible Spectrophotometry

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining total triterpenoids in Rubi Fructus. Methods With oleanolic acid as the reference substance and vanilline-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid as the color-developing agents, visible spectrophotometry was used to determine total triterpenoids in Rubi Fructus at a wavelength of 480 nm. Results Oleanolic acid showed a good linear relationship with absorbance within the range of 0.079 60-0.398 0 mg, with a regression equation of y = 2.117x+0.0053 80 (r=0.999 7) and an average recovery rate of 101.92% (relative standard deviation=1.92%, n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, highly sensitive, reproducible, and accurate and can be used for the determination of total triterpenoids in Rubi Fructus.
