低频脉冲穴位电刺激联合通督调神针刺治疗脑卒中后失语临床观察

摘    要:目的 观察低频脉冲穴位电刺激联合通督调神针刺治疗对脑卒中后失语患者语言功能、交流能力及生存质量的影响.方法 将60例患者随机分为两组,两组均采用基础语言康复训练,观察组加用低频脉冲穴位电刺激联合通督调神针刺治疗,对照组加用传统针刺治疗,均治疗2周.比较两组患者治疗前后西部失语成套测试(western aphasia battery,WAB)失语商、日常生活交流能力(communicative abilities in daily living,CADL)评分、脑卒中失语症患者生活质量量表(stroke and aphasia quality of life-39 generic version,SAQOL-39g)评分.结果 与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后WAB失语商、CADL评分、SAQOL-39g评分均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后WAB失语商、CADL评分、SAQOL-39 g评分升高值均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 低频脉冲穴位电刺激联合通督调神针刺治疗可提高脑卒中后失语症患者的语言功能、交流能力及生存质量.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of electrical acupoint stimulation with low-frequency pulse combined with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture on language function, communicative ability, and quality of life in patients with post-stroke aphasia. Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. In addition to the basic language rehabilitation training, the patients in the observation group were given electrical acupoint stimulation with low-frequency pulse combined with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture, and those in the control group were given conventional acupuncture. The course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of aphasia quotient of Western aphasia battery (WAB), communicative abilities in daily living (CADL) score, and stroke and aphasia quality of life scale-39 generic version (SAQOL-39g) score. Results After treatment, both groups had significant increases in WAB aphasia quotient, CADL score, and SAQOL-39g score (P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly greater increases in WAB aphasia quotient, CADL score, and SAQOL-39g score (P<0.05). Conclusion Electrical acupoint stimulation with low-frequency pulse combined with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture can improve language function, communicative ability, and quality of life in patients with post-stroke aphasia.
