摘    要:目的 探索草酸钙簇晶在部分双子叶药用植物中的分布规律.方法 采用徒手切片法进行显微观察,并进行记录和拍照,对含簇晶主要几科常见药用植物不同器官中草酸钙簇晶的分布特点进行研究.结果 不同科、属植物中所含的簇晶各具特色,同科不同属植物所含簇晶也有差异;同一植物不同器官中簇晶数目明显不同,相同器官在不同生长期簇晶数目不同.结...

Distribution Law of Calcium Oxalate Crystals in Some Dicotyledonous Medicinal Plants

Abstract:Objective To explore the distribution law of calcium oxalate crystals in some dicotyledonous medicinal plants. Methods Several common families of dicotyledonous medicinal plants were free-hand-sectioned, observed under microscope, recorded, and photographed to investigate the distribution characteristics of calcium oxalate crystals in different organs of the medicinal plants. Results Different families and genera of dicotyledonous medicinal plants showed various characteristics of calcium oxalate crystals, and different genera of plants in the same family also varied in calcium oxalate crystals. Each plant had significantly different numbers of calcium oxalate crystals in different organs, and each organ of the plant had different numbers of calcium oxalate crystals in different growth periods. Conclusion The distribution of calcium oxalate crystals in dicotyledonous medicinal plants is in accordance with a certain law.
