| 摘 要： | 劫持犯罪是无法预测的,只能在劫持态势发生后进行有效应对。其中一种有效途径,就是现场策略性的谈判,通过警方与劫持者的谈判沟通来达到缓和局势、保证人质安全的目的。于是一种新型的控制犯罪的手法——反劫持谈判应急方式就应运而生了。

| Abstract: | Hijacking is unpredictable.We could do nothing but deal with it when it happens.Politic negotiation on the spot is one effective way through which police communicates with hijackers in order to alleviate tense situation and guarantee the safety of the hostages.So negotiation for anti-hijacking comes into being. |
