| Abstract: | The criminal policy of both- strict-and-lenient is an important act to conduct criminal policy adjustments while creating a harmonious society,respond to the complicate criminal phenomenon, effectively save penalty resources,social resources and criminal justice resources. Criminal investigation should accurately understand and apply the criminal policy of both-strict-and-lenient. |
