On customary law and the customary law of Lahu

With a discussion on the basic conceptions of customary law in terms of legal studies,the paper argues that,it is the scientific approach to legal conception that premises the understanding for the nature,status and value tendency of the customary law of Lahu.The paper seeks to demonstrate that the relationship between the customary law of inside and outside law and law;also to illustrate that the customary law of Lahu belongs to the sort of out-law one.The paper holds,hence,that to examine the rules of the origin and development of Lahu customary law will contribute to the analysis of customary law and the customary law of Lahu.
